Amrize is seeking a Batch Plant Operator RMX for our Hubbard, TX facility. You will operate computerized batching systems to produce concrete per strict mix designs, monitor vitals, and maintain precise batch tickets.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and timely communication with truck drivers to fulfill customer orders. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in dispatch or customer service, proficiency with Command Alkon, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2–3 years of specialized technical training, apprenticeship, or relevant certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of related customer service or dispatch experience.
• Proficient with dispatch systems, PC, telephone equipment, and headset.
• Experience with automated batching software (e.g., Command Alkon) for both central wet mixers and dry transit-mix truck charging.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant vitals to detect mechanical failures early and ensure safety interlocks are functional.
• Generate precise electronic batch tickets for every load.
• Log all automated system errors and mix design changes.
• Adjust moisture percentages and water to maintain target ratios in real time.
• Communicate with drivers to complete orders efficiently.
• Support production milestones with consistent, high-quality outputs.
