Amrize is seeking a Batch Plant Operator RMX for their Hubbard, Texas location. You will be the technical heart of the plant, using computerized systems to precisely batch concrete per engineering designs.

Role requires 1–3 years in dispatch or customer service, familiarity with automated batching software like Command Alkon, and the ability to work overtime including weekends. Amrize offers comprehensive benefits and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2–3 years of specialized technical training preferred.
• 1–3 years in customer service or dispatch environment.
• Proficient with dispatch systems and PC/phone equipment.
• Experience with automated batching software (e.g., Command Alkon).
• Able to lift, climb stairs, and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant vitals and confirm safety interlocks are functional and LO TO followed.
• Generate precise electronic batch tickets for every load.
• Log all automated system errors, water overrides, and mix changes.
• Input moisture and adjust trim water to maintain water-to-cement ratio.
• Prevent material waste and avoid out-of-spec loads.
• Communicate with drivers to complete customer orders efficiently.
• Support client milestones with high-quality production outputs.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental policies.
