Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Batch Plant Operator RMX to batch concrete accurately and supply production crews on schedule. You will ensure mixtures meet specifications, perform daily plant maintenance, and communicate with drivers to coordinate deliveries.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1–3 years in a dispatch or customer service environment, basic math and computer skills, and the stamina for physical work, overtime, and safety compliance.
