Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Batch Plant Operator RMX for its Hubbard, Texas plant. You will be the technical heart of the operation, using computerized batching to produce concrete in line with strict mix designs and safety protocols.

Responsibilities include monitoring plant vitals, generating precise batch tickets, logging changes, and coordinating with drivers to fulfill orders while maintaining high production quality and minimizing waste.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include a high school diploma or GED, with technical training preferred.
• Minimum 1-3 years in a customer service or dispatch environment.
• Proficient with dispatch systems, PC, and telephone equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant vitals and ensure safety interlocks and LOTO compliance.
• Generate precise electronic batch tickets for every load.
• Log all system errors, water overrides, and mix changes accurately.
• Input and monitor aggregate moisture and adjust water-to-cement ratio in real time.
• Prevent material waste and avoid out-of-spec loads.
• Coordinate with drivers to complete orders efficiently and safely.
