Job summary

Amrize is hiring a Batch Plant Operator RMX to produce quality concrete for the production crew, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications. You will batch using computer or manual controls and support daily plant maintenance.

Candidates should have 1–3 years in a related dispatch or customer service role, basic math skills, and be able to work in varying weather conditions. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years in a related customer service or dispatch environment preferred.
• Basic computer and math skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Batch concrete efficiently per mix designs and QC directions.
• Perform daily plant maintenance and assist with equipment checks.
• Communicate with drivers to ensure on-time deliveries and accuracy.
• Assist plant management with various duties as needed.
