Responsibilities

• Monitor plant vitals and ensure safety interlocks are functional.
• Generate precise electronic batch tickets for every load.
• Log automated system errors and mix design changes.
• Adjust aggregate moisture and trim water to maintain water-to-cement ratio.
• Prevent material waste and avoid out-of-spec loads.
• Communicate with drivers to complete orders efficiently.
• Maintain high-quality production outputs and client milestones.
