Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition, disassembling, repairing, and reassembling with precision while upholding speed, quality, and customer excellence.

Requirements: a high school diploma or equivalent, plus completion of a technical program or a 3-year apprenticeship. You should read job orders accurately and use auto body tools effectively as a Brand Ambassador.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Strong reading of job orders and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates with various tools.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and repair glass / interior parts as needed.
• Ensure work orders meet labor time guidelines and inspect finished work.
