Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to meticulously assess and repair vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while upholding speed, quality, and customer excellence as part of a collaborative team.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical schooling or a 3-year apprenticeship. You’ll work in a fast-paced shop environment with safety considerations and growth opportunities within

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute repair plans per WOW Operating Way.
• Prepare cost estimates for customers and perform repairs using listed tools.
• Realign chassis, replace parts, and repaint vehicles to factory specs.
• Ensure work orders meet labor time guidelines and inspect completed vehicles.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
