Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to expertly assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars while maintaining speed, quality, and customer excellence.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical training or apprenticeship. You will work within a team, use cutting tools, weld and paint as needed, and help meet KPIs with a strong focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates using various tools.
• Repair dents, realign chassis, replace damaged parts and repaint vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
