Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to provide exceptional customer experiences by accurately repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, ensuring speed, quality, and adherence to company standards.

You will collaborate with teammates to meet KPIs and act as a brand ambassador. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical training or an apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship.
• Ability to read job orders and work with little supervision.
• Thorough understanding of repair methods and tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Repair vehicle bodies using appropriate tools and materials.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Replace or repair glass, interiors, and paint as required.
• Inspect completed work for quality and durability.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
