Job summary

Prefinery USA in Portland, OR is seeking a full-time Customer Experience Associate (Precious Metals Analyst) to guide customers through buying or selling gold, silver, and other valuables in person and over the phone. No prior industry experience is required, as full training is provided to ensure confidence and success.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, evaluate metals with our training tools, and maintain a clean, professional store environment. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Criminal Background Check is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities
