Job summary

Prefinery USA in Portland, OR is seeking a full-time Customer Experience Associate (Precious Metals Analyst) to guide customers through buying or selling gold, silver, and other valuables in person and over the phone. About the role

We're looking for a full-time Customer Experience Associate (Precious Metals Analyst) to join our growing team at our Portland Location (6547 SE Milwaukie Ave., Portland, OR, 97202). This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where no two days are the same.

You'll be the face of our business - guiding customers through the process of buying or selling gold, silver, and other valuables. Don't worry if you're new to the industry-we provide full training to give you the knowledge and confidence to succeed.

Schedule

• Full-time, 8-hour shifts
• This role must be available to work Saturdays AND Sundays
• Day shifts including weekdays and weekends
