Job summary

Bishop Gold Group, LLC is a national leader in precious metal services, seeking ambitious professionals to develop skills in high-ticket sales in a performance-based environment. No precious metals experience is required; training, leads, and full support are provided to succeed.

You’ll join an in-office Westwood, CA team with a Monday–Friday schedule and a competitive pay structure including uncapped commission.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls from prospective customers.
• Work company-provided opt-in leads.
• Conduct outbound follow-up with interested prospects.
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Develop and apply effective qualification and objection-handling techniques.
• Follow up consistently and professionally throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and customer information in the CRM (Salesforce).
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.
• Collaborate with experienced sales professionals.
