Job summary

A-mark Precious Metals in West Los Angeles is seeking a motivated sales professional to drive precious metals sales in a fast-paced, on-site role.

You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to opt-in leads, manage client accounts, and collaborate with the processing team while using CRM, Word, Excel, and DocuSign. Compensation includes a base salary plus commissions and bonus opportunities, with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-site work in 90064.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or equivalent role.
• Ability to handle high-volume phone calls and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency with CRM, Word, Excel, DocuSign and PDFs.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of daily inbound and outbound calls to opt-in leads.
• Stay updated with market trends and relevant news.
• Build and maintain relationships to ensure high-level customer service during transactions.
• Manage customer accounts, organization and tracking.
• Collaborate with processing team to ensure timely handling of requests.
• Enter data in the CRM and Microsoft Word/Excel.
