Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a dynamic field sales professional in the Video Security & Access Control group to expand our North American pipeline. You will cultivate relationships with Architects, Engineers, and Security Consultants, and drive MSI solutions across construction projects.

The role requires 5+ years in Security Solutions sales, experience with Design-Bid-Build/Design-Build, and travel around 50% across the Central US.

Qualifications

• 5 years of sales experience in Security Solutions.
• Experience selling to A&E, Engineering and Security Consulting firms.
• Experience selling in New Construction (Design-Bid-Build + Design-Build).
• Deep knowledge of Video Security Cameras, VMS, analytics, and Access Control.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with Architects, Electrical Engineers, and Security Consultants in the West region.
• Lead education Lunch and Learns and project meetings with accounts in the region.
• Identify and create sales opportunities for MSI products to North American pipelines.
• Create and implement marketing plans including campaigns, tradeshows, tools, web resources, social media.
