Qualifications

• Experience with open source technologies, front-end JS frameworks like Angular or Vue, and server frameworks like Node or Spring.
• Experience being customer-focused and interfacing with customers.
• Ability to work in both business and technical contexts, interacting with executives and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Gain conceptual proficiency in open source frameworks supported by HeroDevs.
• Demo to clients how product works and answer technical questions.
• Represent HeroDevs in technical forums and industry events.
• Interface between customers and product/marketing/partners/customer success teams.
• Field technical questions from customers through sales.
• Prepare technical sales documentation and FAQs.
