Infisical is seeking an exceptional Solutions Engineer to grow our customer base and ensure a seamless product experience from onboarding to long-term success. Work closely with our CEO, sales, and engineering teams to demonstrate value and drive successful implementations.

You’ll guide customers through proof-of-concept, onboarding, and best practices, become a trusted advisor, run demos, collect feedback for the product roadmap, and help scale to thousands of customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in development, systems engineering, or DevOps.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to operate in ambiguity.
• Based in Central or East Coast US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Run proof-of-concept with leads and guide onboarding.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers.
• Lead demo and discovery calls with account executives.
• Gather feedback to inform product roadmap.
• Improve documentation and customer-facing materials.
• Collaborate with CEO, sales, and engineering.
