The role partners with Account Executives, designs solutions, and ensures customer outcomes while staying current with technology trends and Cisco capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years industry-related technical experience.
• Cisco product experience or relevant experience with key competitor offerings.
• Knowledge of Cisco's Solutions and networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technology solution consultant to the customer and Cisco account team.
• Leverage Cisco technology, services, and support specialists.
• Collaborate with Account Executive on account planning activities.
• Educate the customer on Cisco differentiation and demand creation.
• Align Cisco’s product and services capabilities to customer business drivers.
