Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or client-facing consulting roles.
• Cisco product experience or relevant experience with key competitor offerings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Professional certifications (e.g., CCIE, CCNP, CCNA) or equivalent are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a customer Account Team in a pre-sales technical role, demonstrating Cisco product solutions and designing/configuring products.
• Show business value of Cisco Services and Architectures by aligning opportunities with customer challenges and priorities.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Product Specialists to present solutions across the Cisco portfolio.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to the account team and customers.
• Stay up-to-date on Cisco innovations and competitor solutions.
• Assist with development and execution of formal sales plans and RFPs for assigned accounts.
