Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of technical customer-facing experience, preferably pre-sales.
• Technical knowledge of enterprise networking technologies, industry trends, and market drivers.
• 2+ years experience supporting large and complex customer environments involving multiple stakeholders, geographies, and/or technology domains.
• 2+ years of experience preparing technical presentations and conducting demonstrations for internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with our Account Executives in a pre-sales technical role to meet Google Enterprise’s (and their subsidiaries') unique needs.
• Develop strong and lasting relationships with key technical stakeholders responsible for new platform introduction (NPI).
• Drive design alignment between customer and Cisco stakeholders with a view to expand and provide ongoing support of their global network infrastructure.
• Translate complex customer requirements into precise engineering-specific documents to drive feature planning and product development.
• Assist with the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities.
• Keep up to date on relevant competitors' solutions, products, and services.
