Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre-sales experience in related fields.
• CCNP preferred; must obtain within 18 months of hire.
• Experience integrating AI tools, automation scripts, and digital collaboration platforms into daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technology solution consultant to the customer and Cisco account team.
• Leverage Cisco technology, services, and support specialists.
• Collaborate with Account Executive on account planning.
• Educate the customer on Cisco differentiation and create demand.
• Align Cisco capabilities to customer business drivers.
