Job summary

WINT seeks a Pre-Sales Engineer to lead the technical side of sales opportunities across the U.S. You will work with Sales, customers, consultants, and building operations teams to design practical water management and leak mitigation solutions.

The role requires reading MEP drawings, conducting site surveys, and delivering product demonstrations. Travel about 15% within the U.S. is expected, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and RFP support.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Mechanical, Civil, Building Systems or related field.
• Experience in pre-sales engineering or technical sales roles is required.
• Strong ability to interpret MEP drawings and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and customer-facing discussions.
• Design water management and leak mitigation solutions based on client needs and budget.
• Review MEP/commercial drawings and prepare technical markups and layouts.
• Conduct site surveys and technical assessments.
• Deliver technical presentations and support evaluations, RFPs/RFIs, and pilots.
• Collaborate with owners, developers, GC, and facilities teams.
• Support handover and deployment readiness.
• Provide field insights to Product and R&D teams as needed.
