SCI is seeking a Sales Professional to serve client families by arranging at-need cemetery plans and selling pre-need arrangements. You will generate revenue and act as the primary contact for families, delivering personalized service with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities include lead generation, building lasting family relationships, teamwork with funeral directors and staff, and maintaining thorough preparation for appointments.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of college or an equivalent education and experience.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales industry experience preferred.
• Current state driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation: prospect 1–2 hours daily and obtain referrals.
• Build relationships with families through responsive, empathetic service.
• Collaborate with funeral directors and staff to provide seamless service.
• Prepare for appointments and maintain professionalism and attention to detail.
• Follow through on customer problems and requests; seek referrals.
