Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of college or equivalent education and experience.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Insurance license if required by state board.
• Pass internal presentation certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads, dedicating 1–2 hours daily.
• Obtain referrals from families served and network with the community.
• Present to families and answer inquiries with professional conduct.
• Maintain activity levels and track productivity.
• Build trust-based relationships and seek referrals.
• Collaborate with funeral directors and staff to provide seamless service.
