Job summary

SCI is seeking a Sales Professional to serve families by delivering personalized cemetery service and generating revenue for the location. You will act as the primary contact for families, guiding them through needs and pre-need options.

Key duties include daily lead generation, building relationships with families, and collaborating with funeral directors and staff to ensure a high-quality, compassionate experience. Evening/weekend availability and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of college or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads, aiming for 1-2 hours of prospecting daily.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Build trust-based relationships with families and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with funeral directors and staff to ensure seamless service.
• Prepare for appointments and follow through on requests and problems.
