• Ability to pass internal presentation certification within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Lead generation: prospect 1–2 hours daily and obtain referrals from families served
• Explain and present cemetery and pre-need arrangements to families
• Build relationships with families and community; network with local organizations
• Prepare for appointments and provide professional, empathetic service to families
