Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative for Emergency Care (Fire/EMS) to drive consultative sales of our EMS solutions to pre-hospital providers in the United States. You will promote and demonstrate a wide range of products including AEDs, defibrillators, transport systems, and chest compression devices while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience.
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care products to meet customers’ needs.
Achieve assigned quota by taking a consultative approach to Pre-Hospital sales, marketing, clinical and demonstrations of all related Fire/Emergency Medical Services products and programs.
Become the resident Emergency Care expert to build credibility with fire chiefs, medical directors, clinical instructors and administrators.
Focus on customer satisfaction by solving problems through a consultative approach and providing exceptional customer service.
Take pride in cost reduction and ensure on-time, complete, and error-free shipments.
Display experience with reports, budgets, customer service, and project management.
Have basic knowledge of market research, new product introduction, P&L management, and field testing.
