Job summary

Stryker is hiring a Sales Representative for Emergency Care in Texas. You will promote and sell Fire/EMS products to pre-hospital providers, build strong customer relationships, and strive to exceed sales targets through a consultative approach and timely demonstrations.

You will engage with fire and medical leadership, coordinate orders, and stay informed on industry trends to position products effectively. This role is 100% commission with bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5+ years of professional sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care products to meet customer needs.
• Meet assigned quota through consultative pre-hospital sales and demonstrations.
• Act as Emergency Care expert to fire chiefs, medical directors and instructors.
• Focus on customer satisfaction with responsive service.
• Support cost reduction with on-time, complete shipments.
• Utilize reports, budgets and project management tools.
