Job summary

Stryker in the United States is seeking a Hospital (Emergency Care) Sales Representative to promote and sell Emergency Care products to healthcare providers, focusing on Defibrillators, AEDs, and Chest Compression systems. You’ll build relationships, address inquiries, negotiate pricing, and manage orders while tracking industry trends and competitive activity.

You will meet quotas through consultative Hospital sales, demonstrations, and collaboration with marketing and support teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care Hospital products to meet customers’ needs.
• Achieve assigned quota by consultative Hospital sales, marketing, and clinical demonstrations.
• Become the resident Hospital/Patient Resuscitation and Treatment expert, collaborating with nurses, medical directors, and administrators.
• Demonstrate teamwork, integrity, and exceptional customer service while ensuring on-time, complete, and error-free shipments.
• Display experience with reports, budgets, customer service, and project management.
• Have basic knowledge of market research, new product introduction, P&L management, and field testing.
