Stryker is seeking an Emergency Care Sales Representative to promote Fire/EMS solutions in pre-hospital settings. You will drive growth by selling defibrillators, transport systems, and related devices through consultative engagements with fire chiefs and medical directors.

The role emphasizes meeting quotas, delivering exceptional service, and coordinating with marketing and support teams to win new business while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care products to meet customer needs.
• Meet assigned quota through consultative Pre-Hospital sales and demonstrations.
• Build credibility with fire chiefs, medical directors, and administrators.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure on-time, error-free shipments.
• Coordinate market research, new product introductions, and P&L awareness.
