Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Emergency Care (Fire/EMS) Sales Representative to promote and sell our Fire EMS solutions to pre-hospital providers. You will handle a range of products, including defibrillators, AEDs, transport systems, and chest compression devices, building strong customer relationships and negotiating orders.

You will work to exceed sales targets, stay informed on industry trends, and collaborate with marketing and support teams to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care products to meet customers’ needs.
• Achieve assigned quota by consultative Pre-Hospital sales, marketing, clinical demonstrations.
• Become the Emergency Care expert for fire chiefs, medical directors, and administrators.
• Focus on customer satisfaction with a consultative approach and responsive service.
• Assist with cost reduction and ensure on-time, complete shipments.
• Demonstrate reports, budgeting, and project management capabilities.
• Understand market research, new product introduction, and P&L management.
