Job summary

Stryker seeks an Emergency Care Sales Representative to promote and sell Fire EMS solutions to pre-hospital providers. You will cover AEDs, defibrillators, transport and chest compression systems, building strong customer relationships and meeting or exceeding quotas.

You will negotiate pricing, coordinate orders, and work with support teams to drive growth. This is a 100% commission role with potential bonuses and comprehensive health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care products to meet customers’ needs.
• Achieve assigned quota by consultative pre-hospital sales, marketing, clinical and demos.
• Become the Emergency Care expert with fire chiefs, medical directors and admins.
• Focus on customer satisfaction via problem solving and responsive service.
• Support on-time, complete, and error-free shipments; manage budgets and reports.
• Demonstrate market research, product introduction, and P&L awareness.
