Stryker is seeking an Emergency Care (Fire/EMS) Sales Representative to promote and sell EMS products including AEDs, defibrillators, and transport systems. You will build strong customer relationships, respond to inquiries, negotiate pricing, and manage orders, aiming to exceed quotas while collaborating with marketing and support teams.

This role is 100% commission with bonuses and benefits. A valid driver's license is required as you may operate a company vehicle and demonstrate equipment.

Competenze

• High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence and a good driving record.

Mansioni

• Promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care products to meet customers’ needs.
• Achieve assigned quota using consultative pre-hospital sales, marketing, clinical demonstrations.
• Act as the Emergency Care expert for fire chiefs, medical directors, and administrators.
• Provide exceptional customer service and solve problems to ensure satisfaction.
• Support on-time, complete, and error-free shipments and manage related reports.
• Demonstrate experience with market research, product introductions, and P&L basics.
