Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Emergency Care Sales Representative to promote and sell our Fire EMS solutions to pre-hospital providers. You will work with a range of products including defibrillators, AEDs, patient transport and chest compression systems, building strong customer relationships and negotiating terms.

The role emphasizes quota attainment through consultative selling, field demonstrations, and collaboration with marketing and support teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of professional experience.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care products to meet customer needs.
• Achieve assigned quota through consultative pre-hospital sales, marketing, demonstrations.
• Build credibility with fire chiefs, medical directors, instructors and administrators.
