Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
• Excellent understanding of loss mitigation, payment history and pre-foreclosure process.
• Familiarity with mortgage software such as FiServ and GNMA-EVARS.
• Intermediate MS Office skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work schedules of others on short-term basis.
• Ability to make decisions with moderate impact on the immediate work unit.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Collections and/or Pre-Foreclosure Supervisor.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff performance to meet post NOI pre-foreclosure due-diligence timelines.
• Collaborate with departments to identify process improvements.
• Review delinquency and exception reports for eligibility.
• Prepare and review daily delinquency reports.
• Supervise daily workflow and ensure adherence to corporate standards.
• Coordinate with breach and foreclosure validation teams to meet deadlines.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
