Job summary

Progressive Physician Associates is seeking a Practice Coordinator to support daily coordination of radiology, interventional radiology, and vascular surgery operations. You will manage physician scheduling, credentialing, onboarding, compliance tracking, and cross-functional communication with leadership and Hospital Network partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of healthcare administrative experience.
• Experience with physician scheduling, credentialing, compliance, and productivity reporting is preferred.
• Familiarity with billing, revenue cycle, and practice operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor schedule gaps and coverage risks; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate daily scheduling activities and availability changes.
• Support credentialing, privileging, enrollment, licensure tracking, and onboarding.
• Maintain provider rosters and operational records with accuracy.
• Assist with productivity reporting and data preparation for leadership.
• Support compliance activities and documentation maintenance.
• Facilitate ongoing physician communication about system upgrades and regulatory changes.
