Responsibilities

• Schedule patient exams across multiple imaging center locations according to RX orders.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and prioritize scheduling per policy and medical appropriateness.
• Make outbound calls to schedule exams when RX is received.
• Follow up on patient and referring physician inquiries.
• Verify RX completeness and obtain orders as needed; maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Communicate issues to scheduling team lead and management to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain and optimize daily scheduling and outbound queues.
• Attend training and team meetings as required.
