Job summary

Brevard Physician Associates is seeking a Practice Coordinator, Radiology to support administrative and operational functions for Radiology and Interventional Radiology services. You will collaborate with the Department Director and providers to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and timely follow-through on initiatives.

Key responsibilities include radiology scheduling, payroll coordination, credentialing, billing liaison, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in healthcare administration or related field.
• Experience coordinating schedules and working with physicians and clinical staff.
• Experience handling confidential healthcare information and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with radiology scheduling for diagnostic and IR services.
• Track anniversaries and performance review timelines with leadership.
• Assist with payroll processing, timekeeping, and compensation inquiries.
• Coordinate quality assurance initiatives with Medical Directors.
• Coordinate OPPE/FPPE for clinicians and credentialing compliance.
• Support HR credentialing and hospital privileges for providers.
• Collaborate with billing to oversee coding accuracy and reimbursement.
• Serve as liaison between Health First and BPA for meetings and coordination.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and coordinate improvements to patient care.
• Support HIPAA, OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
• Provide admin support to radiology providers and Department Director.
