Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• 1–2 years in customer service.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of HR information systems and basic HR knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the medical practice under supervision.
• Schedule management and payroll-related coordination.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Practice Management on policies.
• Ensure onboarding and orientation for new clinicians.
