Job summary

Springfield Clinic is seeking a Radiologist Services Coordinator to oversee daily clinical and operational workflow for the radiologist group. You will coordinate radiologist schedules, handle resident-related processes, and partner with leadership to support care delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in healthcare administration or healthcare related field preferred.
• 2–5 years clinical or medical practice management/demonstrated leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create/maintain the provider's schedule and coordinate coverage to ensure shifts are staffed.
• Coordinate resident activities with the Program Coordinator at HSHS including scheduling, rotations, and admin support.
• Oversee daily radiology operations by addressing workflow issues, coverage gaps, and schedule changes.
• Maintain working knowledge of radiology exams, procedures, and interpretation workflows.
• Advise on clinical addendums to support timely, accurate documentation.
• Manage provider buckets in Athena for efficient case routing and workflow.
• Serve as liaison between radiologists, residents, technologists, and operational partners.
• Partner on onboarding, coverage planning, and other operational initiatives as needed.
• Maintain CME records and assist with credentialing/renewals.
• Deliver metrics/reports daily, weekly, monthly; uphold workflow processes.
