One Medical in West Hartford, CT is seeking a Practice Coordinator to serve as the onsite lead, supporting our practice team in delivering the highest quality and most patient-centered care. You will champion best practices, oversee scheduling, inventory, and daily operations to ensure a smooth, efficient patient experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory or lead experience in high-touch customer service or patient care.
• Proven ability to foster collaborative, engaged team dynamics.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary, diverse teams with feedback.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist background; others encouraged to apply.
• Experience with billing and insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational readiness through team check-ins and shift publishing.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
• Lead daily performance management and office huddle.
• Manage inventory, supplies, expiration tracking, and counts.
• Support office finances including copays and revenue cycle.
• Handle front desk duties: check-in/out, insurance verification, scheduling.
• Assist with venipuncture and extended clinical tasks as needed.
