One Medical is seeking a Practice Coordinator to lead a busy Pearland, TX practice. You will oversee daily operations, coach team members, manage schedules and inventory, and ensure high-quality patient experiences.

Formación

• At least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role in high touch customer service or patient facing healthcare.
• Proven ability to foster collaborative team-dynamics and engage a supportive culture.
• Experience working on multidisciplinary teams and strong written/verbal communication.
• Completion of One Medical clinical training and state required education/certifications within six months (One Medical sponsored).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure operational readiness of the practice through regular team check ins and scheduling.
• Provide team leadership through coaching, mentoring, and recognition.
• Drive performance via daily management and monitoring of metrics.
• Perform inventory management, ordering, tracking, and waste minimization.
• Support financial health through budget review and revenue cycle awareness.
• Monitor patient experience metrics and respond to service recovery cases.
• Support quality health outcomes, patient safety, and regulatory compliance with leadership.
• Maintain excellent patient interactions and accurate in-office workflows including billing familiarity.
• Handle front of house duties, insurance verification, and daily office upkeep.
• Assist with venipuncture and extended scope clinical tasks when needed.
