One Medical is seeking a Practice Coordinator for our White Plains, NY office. You will lead daily operations, coach a high-performing team, manage patient flow, and ensure a seamless patient experience through strong billing and insurance knowledge.

This role emphasizes operational excellence, scheduling, inventory, and facilities management in a dynamic primary care setting. The position requires experience in supervisory roles in healthcare, with a focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or lead role in high-touch customer service or healthcare.
• Ability to foster collaborative team dynamics and positive culture.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and providing feedback.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to complete One Medical clinical training and required certifications within six months (sponsored).
• Preferred experience as Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational readiness of the practice through staffing reviews, task queues, standard work, and monthly shift publishing.
• Provide team training, coaching, and recognition to maintain high performance.
• Drive daily management and monitor performance metrics and office huddle effectiveness.
• Manage inventory including ordering, expiration tracking, waste minimization, and counts.
• Support financial health through budget review and handling copay/revenue cycle tasks.
• Monitor Net Promoter Score (NPS) and manage service recovery with the Operations Manager as needed.
• Collaborate with Clinical Leadership and Operations Manager to improve quality health outcomes and patient safety.
• Apply the C-I-CARE framework in all patient interactions and ensure a positive in-office experience from intake to follow-up.
