Job summary

One Medical in Pearland, TX is seeking a Practice Coordinator to lead our onsite practice team and deliver top-tier patient experiences. The role focuses on operational excellence, daily management, scheduling, inventory, and facilities, with guidance from the Operations Manager to ensure consistent high performance and smooth patient flow.

This full-time, in-person position runs Monday through Friday, 7:00am–6:00pm, and requires strong customer service, leadership, and healthcare operations

Qualifications

• Over 1 year in a supervisory or lead role in high-touch healthcare or patient service.
• Ability to foster collaborative team dynamics and a supportive culture.
• Experience in multidisciplinary teams with feedback-driven environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Completion of One Medical clinical training and state certifications within 6 months (sponsored).

Responsibilities

• Ensure practice readiness through staffing reviews and schedule publishing.
• Lead training, coaching, and recognition of team members.
• Drive performance via daily management and metrics monitoring.
• Manage inventory including ordering, tracking expirations, counts.
• Support budget review and revenue cycle management.
• Monitor NPS responses and escalate service issues as needed.
• Support quality outcomes with clinical leadership and regulatory compliance.
