Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Practice Coordinator to lead daily operations at our Dallas office. You will supervise, train, and support a clinical-administrative team to deliver exceptional patient experiences while driving operational excellence.

The role emphasizes scheduling, inventory control, billing awareness, and adherence to quality and regulatory standards, with opportunities to perform clinical duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year supervisory experience in high-touch healthcare or customer service.
• Proven ability to foster collaborative team dynamics.
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational readiness through regular team check-ins, staffing reviews, task queues, and monthly shift publications.
• Provide training, coaching, and recognition to team members.
• Drive performance via active daily management and metrics monitoring.
• Perform inventory management and supply ordering with expiration tracking.
• Support the practice budget, copay handling, and revenue cycle activities.
• Monitor Net Promoter Score (NPS) and handle service recovery escalations.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to support quality outcomes, patient safety, and compliance.
• Apply CI‑CARE framework in all patient interactions to ensure a positive in-person experience.
• Manage front-of-house duties including check-in/out, insurance verification, and daily office upkeep.
• Clinical duties may include venipuncture, non-blood specimen collection, EKGs, vitals, vaccines, and related tasks.
