Job summary

APDerm Network of Practices is seeking an Associate Practice Manager to oversee the Leominster clinic, reporting to the Practice Manager II. You will supervise patient flow, scheduling, and staff training while maintaining a professional work environment, and collaborate with other leaders to interview candidates and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, associates degree preferred.
• Experience in supervisory or lead roles.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient in-flow and out-flow, scheduling at check-out and patient concerns.
• Set up training for front and back-office staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of clerical and clinical work areas.
• Develop a positive, productive work environment for staff.
• Interview candidates for front desk and medical assistant positions.
• Create IT tickets and resolve on-site emergent issues.
• Troubleshoot phone issues when on-site service is not essential.
• EMR document maintenance and path report assignments.
• Participate in annual employee performance evaluations.
• Assist with daily schedule adjustments and billing corrections.
• Travel to other office sites as necessary.
