Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or five years of relevant management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of P&L and financial management principles.
• Proven leadership acumen with high-level business operations.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.
• Exceptional communication skills that resonate with both team members and distinguished clientele.
• Open availability: Able to work Sunday through Saturday during operating hours, with a minimum of one Saturday and one Sunday per month.
• Background in medical aesthetics, luxury retail, or high-end customer service is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Command the daily operations of the practice to ensure smooth functioning.
• Supervise staff and delegate tasks to optimize workflow.
• Design and implement strategies to elevate patient experience and business performance.
• Oversee scheduling and ensure timely patient visits.
• Manage inventory and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Oversee KPI management in marketing, PR, and customer engagement.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding with HR.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and privacy.
