Job summary

Apex Skin is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the Canton A & B locations, guiding daily operations, staff development, and financial performance to deliver exceptional patient care.

In this role, you will partner with clinical leadership to optimize scheduling, workflows, and regulatory compliance, while building a positive, patient-centered culture and driving operational excellence across the practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of healthcare operations experience.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive leadership or management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in revenue cycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall practice operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and exceptional patient care.
• Serve as the primary operational partner to providers and leadership.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, performance management, and retention.
• Monitor revenue cycle performance and drive improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.) and patient safety.
