Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations for our Phoenix and Peoria clinics. This hands-on leadership role will manage front office and clinical staff, ensure smooth patient flow, and drive performance across key operational metrics.

You will coach teams, address attendance and performance concerns, and support hiring and onboarding while maintaining a patient-centered, efficient clinic environment. The position offers full benefits and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare or clinic management experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with EMR systems (eCW preferred) and CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations across Phoenix and Peoria clinics.
• Manage front office staff, medical assistants, and support staff; create staff schedules.
• Coach staff, address attendance and performance concerns, and support hiring.
• Drive clinic performance metrics and patient flow improvements.
• Collaborate with Director of Operations and Scheduling Manager.
