Job summary

Forefront Dermatology is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee operations across Ann Arbor, Plymouth, and Novi locations. The role includes leadership of physicians, providers, clinic leaders, and staff, with travel as needed between sites.

You will drive patient satisfaction, clinic profitability, and coordination with Support Services and corporate policy. Responsibilities include analyzing revenue trends, managing provider schedules, leading TL interactions, and ensuring compliance and staff

Qualifications

• RN with active license and dermatology exposure preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.
• Experience overseeing clinic operations and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and staff to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and training of clinic team.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and patient flow to optimize profitability.
• Coordinate onboarding of physicians/providers and drive operational initiatives.
